Bring your own MOV, MP4, or M4V files into a local, app-managed wallpaper library.
Supported containers
VibePapers accepts MOV, MP4, and M4V files. Actual playback support depends on the video and audio codecs available through AVFoundation on your Mac.
Import into app storage
VibePapers copies selected media into its managed location. Your original file remains your source of truth and should be backed up separately.
Validation
The app inspects media asynchronously, validates playback candidates, generates poster frames, and reports failures instead of silently adding unusable videos.
Remote media
Remote video downloads and thumbnails must use HTTPS and are checked for redirects, response type, timeout, and size before they are accepted.
